Our approach to an inclusive, usable BonsaiCo website.
Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a commitment to improvement, not a claim of independent certification. The site uses semantic landmarks, visible focus states, labelled controls and support for reduced motion.
Using the site
You can navigate links, forms and menus with a keyboard. A skip link takes you to the main content. Mobile navigation closes with Escape. Content reflows for smaller screens and text can be enlarged through browser controls.
Known limitations
Third-party maps and booking tools have their own accessibility behaviour. The demo includes illustrative visual assets, and a full independent assistive technology audit has not been completed. Any barriers found during launch testing should be recorded and prioritised.
